1. Storage and Use of Your Personal Data
We will store and use your personal data including your address and e-mail address solely for purposes of processing your order, any return of items and – upon your express consent – for maintaining customer relations and for marketing purposes.

Provided that the law, including commercial or tax law, or contractual provisions prevent such deletion, or provided there are other reasons preenting any deletion under existing laws, your data may be blocked in lieu of deletion. This will not apply to information we hold to process your order. After receiving your revocation your information will be used for the sole purpose of processing your order and not for marketing or advertising actions.

4. Cookies
We utilize so-called "cookies". These are data stored on your computer allowing your computer to be recognized upon contact (hard-drive cookies). You may set-up your browser to have it delete cookies from the hard-drive, block all cookies or to warn you before a cookie is stored. By choosing purchase on account or direct debit as payment method via our partner Billpay GmbH you will be asked in ordering process to agree on provision of data needed for the processing of payment and for identity and creditworthiness to Billpay. After approval from your side your data (first and last name, street, house number, postcode, place, date of birth, telephone number and by direct debit the provided bank account details) and other data associated with your order will be transmitted to Billpay.
For the purpose of check of own identity and creditworthiness, Billpay or Partner company authorized by Billpay, transmits Data to credit reporting agencies (credit agencies) and obtains from this information and if necessary from information on creditworthiness based on mathematical and statistical methods. 6. German Federal Data Protection Laws
Personal data is collected and stored solely in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act ("BDSG") as well as the German Act for Telemedia Services ("TMG").
