Prepayment

The prepayment option is only available for orders from Germany.

Please select the option "Prepayment" at the order process step entitled "Payment method" if you would like to prepay your order.
Orders that have been prepaid will be dispatched as soon as we receive the payment on our account. We will reserve your order exclusively for you for 7 days, and will only cancel your order if no payment has been received within that time. Please note that bank transfer times may vary from bank to bank, and that we have no influence over the speed of the transaction.

Visa or MasterCard Payment

For Visa or MasterCard payments, the system will additionally check if the credit or debit card is registered for the or 3-D Secure procedures. These are security procedures developed specifically for these credit card types. They verify whether the rightful card holder and the rightful online merchant are participating in the transaction. If a credit card holder is registered for the 3-D Secure procedure via one of the registration methods, an additional dialogue will be displayed, which is directly linked to your bank and will prompt you to enter your "Secure Code" after you have entered all your card details. The transaction will only be completed using the correct password.

American Express Payment

For payments using American Express, the system will additionally verify that the delivery address stated during the order process matches the one registered as the billing address at American Express (Amex Address Verification System: "AVS"). Should the addresses not match, you will receive a separate email prompting you to add the differing delivery address at American Express. Your order will only be processed after a successful authentication.
